Do you offer halal options?
Yes. We now offer a Halal patty at both of our sites. The Heard, The Truffle Shuffle and The Boring Burger can be made with Halal beef. Halal diners can also enjoy the vegetarian Heard Fries and vegetarian Heard Sauce. Just let your server know you’re ordering Halal so we can prepare everything correctly.
Do you have gluten-free options?
Yes. We offer gluten-free buns and several dishes can be adapted. Please note that while we handle gluten-free orders with care, our kitchens are not entirely gluten-free, so crosscontamination may occur. Let your server know your dietary needs.
Are you child-friendly?
Yes. Heard welcomes families, we have a kids’ menu and activities for little ones, with high chairs available at our Borough site.Yes. Heard welcomes families, we have a kids’ menu and activities for little ones, with high chairs available at our Borough site.
Do you have a vegan option?
We don’t currently offer any vegan dishes, but we’re working on future menu developments.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes - well-behaved dogs are welcome at our Borough site. In Soho, we can only accommodate assistance or guide dogs
Do i need to book?
We welcome both bookings and walk-ins. Bookings are always recommended to avoid disappointment.
Do you accept large group bookings?
For groups of 8 or more, please email hello@heardburger.co.uk to book. For event enquiries of 20 or more, please contact events@heardburger.co.uk
