The Bun - Created with our friends at Seven Seeded, bakers to Londonʼs Michelin-starred kitchens. Crispy roast potatoes are folded into the dough to create a soft bun, with enough structure to absorb the beef juices, without falling apart.
The Beef - A cooperative of regenerative farms, our beef comes from ex-dairy cows retired to pasture. Aged for a minimum of 35 days to enhance texture and taste. The result? A rich, deep flavour with tenderness in every bite.
The Fries - Made with UK-grown potatoes from legendary chef Pierre Koffmann, bred for the ultimate fries: perfectly crisp outside and fluffy within. Finished with our signature beef fat + herb salt.
