World-class chefs Jordan Bailey and Akoko’s founder, Aji Akokomi, come together in the kitchen to create a limited-edition menu like no other.

A taste of West Africa
Become the Chef.
At the centre, the Akoko: a thick British beef patty burger seasoned with Aji’s fiery spice blend. Stacked with melted hard goat’s cheese,tangy tamarind jam and Senegalese-style scotch bonnet purée ‘sosu kanni’. Topped with zingy ‘yasa’ spiced caramelised onions and fresh,crisp parsley shallots. Served in Heard’s signature roast potato bun and made for dunking into a gently hot ‘dibi’ dipping sauce. On the side,Heard’s fries get a Ghanaian twist - sprinkled with kelewele salt and shallot crumb, and served alongside a vibrant ‘sosu kaani’ mayo for dipping.
And because no Heard is complete without a sweet treat. Make room for our Calabash Nutmeg Ice Cream Sandwich. White chocolatecookie, calabash nutmeg ice cream, guava jam and caramelised white chocolate crumb.
